Packet Pick-up and Race Day Details
Hello it’s Race Week!
We are excited to welcome you to the 31st Annual Run for the Hills 5k this Saturday, September 17. As the big day approaches, here is some helpful information for you to be prepared.
-T-shirt and race number pick up is on Friday, 9/16 from 4-6:30 at a new location- Rockwell Beer Garden (5300 Donovan Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109) next to the tennis and pickleball courts in Francis Park. You might want to grab some pizza and a beer while you are there, but not too much, you’ve got a big race in the morning!
-T-shirt and race number pick up will also be available Saturday morning before the Run between 7-7:50 am in Francis Park near Nottingham and Childress.
-Encourage your friends to join you by signing up this week using the link below.There are still t-shirts remaining but they are going fast.
– The 5k begins at 8 am with the starting line at Francis Park on Donovan near Itaska. The finish line is at Tamm and Nottingham. There will be no parking on the curb bordering Francis Park.
-The 1 mile youth race and 1 mile walk starts at 9 am on Nottingham just up the street from Childress and ends on Nottingham near Tamm.
-Awaiting you as you finish your race will be frozen custard from Ted Drewes, bagels from St Louis Bread Company, fruit from LeGrands, pretzels from Pretzel Boys and bottled water courtesy of Hoffmeister Colonial.

Back for the 31st edition, the Run for the Hills returns to the streets of South City on Saturday, September 17th 2022. The Run for the Hills is one of the largest fundraisers of the year that directly benefits our beloved Francis Park. Run or walk the 5k or 1 Mile routes and enjoy the festive post-race atmosphere with food from local restaurants and Ted Drewes frozen custard for all participants. Stay tuned for the new t-shirt design, it will be a must have for your collection!
